Spiral-NEXT Array 1 License

Purchase of the following entitles you to sit for a licensing review.

Once the review is conducted and a sufficient score is obtained, you own an annual license in the Spiral-NEXT System at Array 1. Annual licensing cost will NOT exceed $97 annually for person's purchasing at this time. Spiral-NEXT, LLC reserves the right to raise fees based on upgrades we make to the system over time.

Licenses must be updated annually through a continuing education program requiring a minimum of 8 hours of additional or related instruction at the Spiral-NEXT Array 1 Level. Additional fees may apply.

The purchase of this license covers the 12 month period after you obtain the scores necessary for successful completion.

If you do not obtain a successful score, you may attend additional licensing reviews without paying additional fees.

Spiral-NEXT Array 1 License Requirements:
  1. Agree to abide by non-disclosure, which means you can not transmit, distribute, or use materials without paying a licensing fee up front for those persons whom you interact with using the materials.
  2. If you are referring someone to the program, who you do not intend to train, coach, mentor, or counsel using the materials, you may collect a referral fee by using the affiliate link. [Register for an affiliate link.] You may also gift the Array License by registering the gift and paying the volume discount. The owner of the license becomes liable for completing the training, and licensing review, should they wish to move into the next ring.
  3. Licenses may be purchased with a volume discount based on your Array standing. The higher the ring you achieve, the lower the cost of each individual license applied across all levels. Pricing will be discussed once you pass the licensing review.
  4. No person may purchase an Array above without first completing the Array below licensing review; whether they intend to use the material professionally or not.
  5. Anyone who is identified in violation of their license agreements will be discontinued from the program and legal action 'may' be taken.
  6. Approved marketing materials will be provided each licensee upon completion of the review. These materials may be used to disseminate information about the program to prospective clients and users of the program.

  1. This license is a personal use license only and is designed for use with another person in a coaching, mentoring, or counseling relationship. A training license for Array 1 is available and requires advancement through Array 3 to qualify.
